What is the pass mark ? And how many marks we want to score out of 100% for pass mark ,?

pass % for semester exams and will the correction be strict or lenient or medium for 1st sem

I am a b.e cse final yr student.I do not have history of arrears but unfortunately i got one in my 7th sem.I am confident about clearing it in re evaluation.But i have a doubt whether I will be able to attend the TNSLCP by anna university before i get my re eval results.i have my overall cgpa as 7.69.
