if we get an arrear in 8th semester only and if we clear it in the next exam then what will be the class obtained 1st class or second?

In some regulations within one year if you clear you get I class. Read your regulations carefully

YOU SHOULD CHOOSE only that college where they put 20 out of 20 internal for all irrespective of test marks and attendance and lot of marks in lab. Only that helps
